Guys career as an estate agent stems fourteen years beginning after leaving school and shortly joining a national agent as a negotiator in his home town of Helston, Cornwall. Guy was soon promoted to the position of Branch Manager making him the youngest manager in the company’s history. Since this time Guy has seen success as a manager in Henleaze, Portishead and Clifton in Bristol and following a two year relocation back to Cornwall, Penzance. During his recent time in Penzance and despite facing a recession, Guy took the branch forward making it the most profitable office in the company's Devon and Cornwall region.

Richard has always lived and worked in Taunton and has an excellent knowledge of land and property in and around the area. Richard trained as an estate agent in Taunton where he gained valuable experience from some of the country's biggest and well known agents. A 'top performer' with his previous company Richard has received numerous awards and has seen success in many different climates.
